Generative AI (GenAI)

Agentic AI

Integrates Predictive and GenAI to enable autonomous decision-making and action on a user's behalf.

Digital Product

A tool, solution or experience that solves a problem for end users and creates utility and value.

Responsible AI (RAI)

An approach ensuring AI systems are developed and deployed safely, ethically and consistently with organisational values.

Data Governance

Proactively defining and harmonising data processes across an organisation, including quality, accessibility and compliance.
